  1. Yea no help for console guys :/ The only option you have is the payed account that has games unlocked monthly. RARU has a sale on atm Might get some deals there. Winter/Summer always bring sales Blizzard usually runs up to 50% off on their titles around that time. Same with Steam/Microsoft/EA
  2. Unfortunately Digital distribution copies come in at same price mostly. This is to allow brick and mortar shops ability to survive. That said R1k for a game is stupid. Steam statistics show that those R1k titles are discounted to 60% of original price within 6 months (on steam titles).
  3. I agree big machines are expensive! If you can fit part into one of smaller A4 size machines, they are relatively cheap and inexpensive to run (no exotic gasses) and can do smaller logo's just fine. That said it would still require some time to study using the stuff etc
  4. Nice gift!
  5. In Somerset I use builders for convenience and they pretty much only ones open when I need something. Pricing is comparable with the Local Hardware store tho. So unless I call around for specific specialist shops selling the item its hardly better to shop local. (I do when they open as they are close by and generally helpful)
  6. Tumbles always found the best sets!
  7. I would so not pass up the opportunity to have a awesome Halloween costume!
  8. RIP Tumbles :/ sad day
  9. They say best sauses age in Oak, so doesnt that count as woodwork?
  10. Nice, hard to find bite as most consider habanero to be fires from mount doom hot.
  11. Proper bite? Like on a scale of habanero to reaper ?
  12. Buy both donate one you don't like to me? I have 661 elbow's with hard shell and I love them. I dream at night about the 3df Hybrid tho. Good Luck
  13. Skinny no disagreement there, however I think most parents will rather get a bicycle get kids out and about than buy hobby kit. Maybe its just my experience As a kid all I wanted was a remote controlled Heli, Got a lot of other things that were costly along the years but got me out of house mostly. Eventually gaming took over and spent money that route.
  14. Its costly and requires space. I have done some models in my younger years, some boats and some planes. Moved on to electronics after school. Building the Boats were some intense fun but required alot of space that would not get interrupted. I do think hobbies as a whole is shifting, gaming and online activities have made us forget what it feels like to build things.
  15. Id even buy 5ten (after saving up some), but they don't manufacture above size 13.
  16. Short and long answer is no. There are other options but they are also costly soon as they are classed as MTB shoes. You can try some of the shoes at Cape Union think another thread on shoe options have them listed. I currently use old Merrel Chameleon 2's but also go for R1500 odd new (Used to be work shoes but started showing wear and tear)
  17. Good Luck doesn't sound like your current configuration is so horrible tbh.
  18. Grebel not sure if its the same one, but we fixed my friends took a lathe and turned a old bolt into a new fitting. His has alen key on both sides, one side into fork and other to expand it in place. Expansion one got stripped in his case.
  19. Hey early morning riding mate, with no wife moaning about being woken up who knows what time
  20. Myles you realize when skollie gets out of hospital he will be sleeping on your couch
  21. Where in Helderberg can we buy these?
  22. That's such a cool option for those on short budgets! Cheaply Serviceable with extreemly good lifespan.
  23. They give extra's mostly small bits. I find the new instructions much more comprehensive than the old stuff, its easy to skip a block on older instructions. New stuff gives a list and clear indications of where to add. Kraggle is forbidden!!!!!! How will he add stuff from other sets? or create a new sene by mixing sets? Its a toy designed to be rebuilt! Also if you kraggle it there is no opportunity to step on lego in middle of night
  24. Wow Thats a pretty big set!
  25. That is some cool lego!
