The insurance company never contacted me about recovering the frame. (It's been 11 months) I did ask the agent I spoke to that handled my claim. She said she would find out, but never came back to me. In fact, after they took the frame in for assessment, they arranged for it to be delivered back to me. I would also never sell anything that's damaged without a full disclaimer. The little bit of research I did indicated that the frame could be repaired to a safe riding condition by knowledgeable carbon repairers. Thanks for your inputs guys

Compact saddle bag & Regular handlebar bag. Frame bag is a DIY job.

The handlebar bag contained my tent (2-person), First Ascent hiking mattress and some of my clothes.

Hey guys Been following this thread for the last few days and thought I'd join in. Below is my setup for my 1st ever bikepacking trip. Doing a 2day/3night camping trip in the Vredefort dome outside Parys, starting next week. Will share some pics and stories when I'm back Super excited :-)
