disagree with you canaris. i would prefer going up a big hill with mavic r-sys or easton SLX rather than plain shimano wheels.

you cant really put shimano and eastons in the some sentance when it comes to wheels.

that R4 easton hubs is awesome , it will make a big improvement.

i like both but will spend my money on the SCOTT!!!

i would say the scott by i am bias... but also consider the G6 alu frame mongoose

it does not really fit Evans profile of the past but anyway good one! For me in mtb, a slower rider is an obstacle just like rocks,holes etc.... so i would have sprinted away....
