@Eldron, yeah, we parked inside the school premises in the parking area, my question exactly to the security guards that was standing right there when we got back to the car - empty lot. Nope, he/they never saw a thing, I think these dudes are only there to open and close the booms for people when they arrive, nothing more.

Hi guys, we did the Momentum Duathlon at Irene yesterday, had great fun, only to discover that my brother's Toyota DC diesel had been stolen. His was one of three that we were aware of on the day. I also read on the hub that vehicles were stolen at the Nissan Trailseeker Cullinan. Apparently (according to the cops) these specific vehicles are stolen for their engines, as they are used in taxis. If you drive one, be careful.

I know somebody that had it done but never returned home, passed away because of complications, don't think it is a very safe procedure. If memory serves me correctly they had a feature of this on Carte Blanche a few years ago, was under the impression that the medical council were going to ban this procedure.

This tour is far from over, Froome is going to have his work cut out to defend his lead, think he is going to be attacked heavily over the next few days and no sure his team will be able to handle it. He is going to be on his own. Like the astute Sagan, hope there is another stage win on the cards for him today!

Speaking of duathlon, I'm doing my first one (offroad) on the 21st of July (Momentum Duathlon series @ Cornwall Hill) and have no idea of what to expect. Do I run and cycle in the same kit or what? Help will be highly appreciated!

I agree, slightly demoralising when you have done your 70 kms and they just keep taking you back into the bundus and over more hills, last 15 kms felt as though it was never going to end. Those 15 kms were tough and is if the real climbing only started at that hill at about 60 kms. I was seriously happy to see that 1 km to go sign. I'll be back next year, will at least know what to expect as the last part of the route was totally different and a lot tougher than last year, even if the wind wasn't howling.
