If that chainstay damage is only cosmetic (and not structural) it will be a much better bike than the Giant. It is possible the seller bought it in 2014, and thinks it's a year '14.

If you ride on your own and practise physical distancing when riding (passing others etc) it's really not an issue. The coronachan is not magical, it can't leap tall buildings in a single step and whatnot.

Well, it appears very difficult for plenty of people to ride on their own, so mask wearing would be beyond them.

Yikes. I was doing 2 hours a day on the rollers during the crackdown, so I'm doing a 60-90km loop these days. Furthest point is about 30km outside the 5km radius.

Is everyone here sticking to the 5km radius?
