    None of these attackers are taking the bikes for their own use. They are taking them because there is a demand for them, and for the parts on them. If every cyclist stops buying 2nd hand bikes or parts off OLX, Gumtree and other similar sites, there will be no demand, and these attacks will die out. Only buy used parts from a source you can trust or someone you know, that "bargain" may well be feeding this demand.

    Contaminated supplements ? Maybe, but who still has the original containers, with enough left to have tested 6 months later ? I suspect that for many sporting codes like Rugby, Swimming, Tennis etc its an escape route, to sweep doping under the carpet. If it was a wide spread reality, supplement manufactures would be sued for loss of earnings and endorsements by all those testing positive.

    Put the 180's on both front wheels, racing and slicks, then and fit the spacer to the front. 160 will be fine for the rear

    Forget the road bike, get a track bike and join the evening sessions for some proper intervals, with the bonus that you can train and stay dry in winter.

    He cant pot pressure on Lotto to reduce funding, it dried up some time back, the little they have supplied get used to pay CSA/PPA legal fees, not to fund riders.

    Depends a lot on his definition of "Black", I have a lot of staff who are no longer "Black enough" for the department of Labour, will riders like Nolan Hoffman be "Black enough" for Fikile Mbalula ? " Failure to implement the new quotas would result in withdrawal of any form of funding and support to federations and sport bodies, he said " What funding is Cycling receiving from them at the moment ?

    In my opinion, if you are selling a product claiming a certain lumen output, you should be able to verify this. If you don't have have your own integrating sphere, or goniophotometer, there are a number of places where you can have this done (for a fee), simply relying on the manufactures claimed figures is misleading, as they quote best case readings of the naked LED. Your heatsink will obviously increase in temperature, raising the LED junction temperature and reducing the lumen output, you then have some form of optics that will reduce the lumen output.

    The Tacx rollers are probably the lightest, smoothest and quietest rollers around, but they offer little resistance without adding the resistance unit, so are intended for warming up prior to racing rather than as a training roller. If you are going to use an MTB (especially without slicks) I would look at a smaller diameter aluminium roller like those from Jet Black, it more robust and has more resistance, but it is heavy so not the sort of roller you want to airfreight to events !

    I supported KE even after two team mates have been caught cheating. He came out claiming 5M, but the video footage shows it to be 50, claimed he passed 5 or 6 riders, when it was around 12. He cheated to get an advantage, he was behind riders in the same race as him, not behind lapped back markers. He then shifts the blame to Scott, yet if they had not objected, there were 3 or 4 other teams ready to object.

    In the last few years the rules have changed, one can give and take help, including parts ( but not the frame ) between any riders other than outcasts
