  1. +1 And it is usually the same guys who shout TRAAAACK, like a bliksemse 50cc 2 stroke when they are behind a lady, and then they race for their 835th position. Sigh.
  2. Absolutely awesome coverage by Sven Martin & Lee Trumpore: http://www.vitalmtb....vLHMZaU.twitter
  3. How about asking the same question here: https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/115676-coffee-machine/page__st__752
  4. I really enjoy technical trail riding and all-mountain riding. What I do to keep motivated is, I try at least 1 new thing on every ride ie I try to hit a specific jump harder, ride a rock garden faster, lean a berm harder. This approach means that I am looking forward to each and every ride. It also helps if every ride has a plan and a goal, be it riding at a certain pace, good rhythm on climbs, riding obstacles at better pace etc. If your ride has a goal you can gauge your performance and when you have reached your goal you can set a new one. Having said that, it is also fun to just go for a ride without any goals, especially when you have things to think about and no specific event you are training for.

  9. We have a winner! Vouilloz takes Rnd 2 after an incredible 2 day battle with Graves that saw over 1hr of racing come down to a few seconds And.. unless we have a late flyer, it looks like 3rd place overall @GregMinnaar has got his first EWS stage victory on the final stage!
  10. After watching some of the broadcast today, Corsica is definitely on my bucket list.
  11. Graves takes a 6sec overall lead into day 2 over Vouilloz. Minnaar now 3rd. Although, the longest stage is tomorrow and anything can happen

  14. They will most probably place the highlights package here: http://www.kitzalpbike.at/de/videos-rund-ums-kitzalpbike-festival.html
  15. It was not broadcasted, so the best you can do is wait until a highlights package is available and download that. The only UCI MTB events that are broadcasted live are the XCO & DHI World cups & champs.
