Has anyone used one of the percussion/vibration massage guns on the market? Any good? Did it actually help, or is it just another useless toy? Any reviews would be great.

I think we should just make a habit of always having lights on, on the bike. I always have my lights flashing when I commute, no matter the time of day.
True, but I was more referring to the Ironman brand getting behind a race in CT/WC. Easy to get to and with direct international flights, it should work.
Hi guys/gals. Looking for some help please. Any swimming groups in the Durbanville area? I’m no ironman/triathlete, but I would like to give it a go in a year or two. I would like to join a swimming group in the meantime and I have no idea where to start. Thanks in advance. JH.
Was in 2A. Not a lot of guys willing to stick their nose in the wind. Sat up after misty cliffs and waited for my grand old man. What a privilege to finish with him. His 25th at age 72 and did a 3:40. The crowd support was awesome. Overall a good day out.
