  2. just my 2c worth, if you wear your cape epic shirt or buff you only have yourself to blame for some wheel sucking freeloaders

  4. agree...i for one certainly did not start off with this diet with the mindset of loosing weight. for me it was about much more that that, but i guess that's how the world of today measure things. if you are thin you are healthy, if not you are unhealthy. Sad world we live in today
  5. could you please elaborate on the freezing part? Do you place it in zip lock bags and what do you do when you defrost it? how long can you keep it in the freezer?
  6. Firstly i have a teaspoon of coconut oil and then i have double cream yoghurt with some coconut shavings and a muesli i made myself (almonds, hazelnuts, cashew, pecan nuts, etc.). this seem to work for me

  9. Good Day guys, due to a situation out of my control I won’t be able to take part in the event this coming weekend. I can’t let an entry for such an awesome event go to waste, so I’ve got an entry for the marathon up for grabs
  10. They confirmed that they will have beer this year Edit: Did a race in potch today...have been on this diet for about 2 weeks now and could really feel that i did not have the power in my legs, but the fact that i havent been training that hard the last few weeks might have contributed . Started the race as if i had someting to prove to myself, but later on realised that i would not be able to keep this up and eased off a bit and really enjoy the race and the people on the trail. I havent felt this good in a while (as i have been feeling these last 2 weeks) so ive made peace with the fact that it will take some time to get back to my best self (not like that was very impressive though). Luckily i missed the entries for im 70.3 otherwise i might have felt a bit different
  11. Saw foodlovers market had a lchf section on their menu this weekend and decided to try it out. Ordered the spicey buffalo wings with a blue cheese sauce option, but when they brought it to me the guy served it with a nice sideplate of chips luckily had no issue resisting it
