  1. ive tried to read your post for the last few minutes, but still dont know what you tried to say as i cannot get past your pic....damn!!!
  2. No worries man, read your posts to prepare me for my first sani this year haha. reading this today brought back quite a few happy memories...so thank you
  3. i don’t think you are forming part of the rant haha I think it is more towards people that decide that they do not want to ride this hill any further and want to push their bikes, then they choose to push their bikes in the riding line due to the fact that it is easier to push your bike there spoiling it for everyone behind them usually. i don’t have a problem with people pushing their bikes up a hill and applaud them for pushing through (I’ve been there)but don’t just think of yourself and spoil the ride for other people that can and want to ride out the hill
  4. As stated above, we would like to stress that there really are some powerful avenues for any insured to pursue in cases where they feel that an insurer has treated them unfairly. These include lodging a formal complaint with the insurer and then, if no satisfaction is obtained, contacting the Ombudsman for Short-term Insurance (www.osti.co.za) As per Hollard reply on: https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/139736-do-you-know-what-you-are-covered-for-cyclesure/page__st__288 Lets see, maybe we can get Miway involved here as well
  5. Dammit...Been wanting to do this event for a while now, but as it is on the same date as 70.3 i will have to skip it again

  7. Good Day Guys I dont know if something like this has been posted (did not find anything), but i would like to know what the 5150 in Bela Bela is like? I want to enter for the event, but have heard a lot of positives and negatives. At this stage the negatives outweigh the positive, but before i make the final call i would like to get the opinions of the hubbers Awaiting your response
  8. Just do it...you will surprise yourself. if there is one thing ive learned during my cycling and triathlon years (there has not been many haha) is you can push yourself further that what you think. Your mind is the limit to what you can do I see you live in the sunninghill are, should go for a ride sometime
  9. He just forgot that he was japanese for a second and that he has small hands. Probably used to playing with nr3 ball
  10. In a time when it was still called st 8 I played 2nd team that season and the entire season came down to the last game, the team who won the game would win the league. Was a very close game and in the final minute our centre made a spectacular line brake from our own 22 and ran through sidestepping a few ous along the way as well to score the match winning try. When he got closer to the posts (luckily it was the correct line) he started lowering himself to launch into what I could only imagine as one massive victory dive. As he did this he knocked the ball out of his hands with his knee, the whistle went and the game was over. Season Lost

  17. Just arrived in himeville...lets get it on!!!!
  18. It is still fully marked...just think they give the guys the option to convince them that its the way to go. How better to test the system against a fully marked route
  19. You will always lose some power with the dual sus, even if your rear susp is set up properly. HT will always be better for climbing and dual sus better on downhill, except for technical uphill where your dual sus will come in handy. I had a 26er dual sus but recently went to 29er HT and is really enjoying it
  20. Just saw it as well...but day one is a bit harder
  21. Do check your HR often...the stats on people having a heart attack due to being sick and still doing events etc is shocking...take it slowly buddy Take dirt riders advice (though he said shag, but fag is more appropriate i guess )
