  1. Thank you so much! Pretty much every question answered
  2. This is my first time doing a triathlon, albeit a sprint one! Now a question I rarely ask... what do I wear!?!
  3. I think everyone loved the race! Like I said it was my best! It's the 3 hour time limit decided on half way through that's the issue.
  4. There is a guy at the post office that always replies and is the most helpful chap in the place. I can PM his address?
  5. Yeah the weather made it special! Stopping in puddles to try find gears my shifters had lost!
  6. I loved this race so much. Was by far the toughest I have ever done. I did the 55km and when I arrived at the finish line I expected fireworks for what I had just been through! Instead, I had to ride around the finish line scanner being taken down. I did it in 3:09 which isn't horrendous considering what it was like out there. On the SS website the last time recorded was 3:01. So much for a race that "will take place regardless of weather conditions." Very disappointed.
  7. Spez is pretty much Apple. Beautifully designed Very compatible with their own products Fanboys and haters Pricier than it should be Patent whores
  8. Suunto Ambit 3 is coming for christmas but an android app is only expected some time next year. I'm worried I lose functionality without it... The Tactix just looks so awesome with that green backlight! DCrainmaker is a very thorough man! Great advice thank you!
  9. Hello! I am thinking about getting a gps watch for multisport use and to have a watch again! I am leaning towards Garmin as Suunto seems to be very iProduct reliant. From what I have read the Fenix2 and the Tactix are much of a muchness? Perhaps there is something else out there I don't know about. Opinions and facts appreciated! Thank you in advance!
  10. http://i.imgur.com/GkMrl2Z.jpg A bit of lense flare, but definitely you! NEXT
  11. Took 30 minutes. They did say Juma would be uploading within the week. I will try host it somewhere in the mean time.
  12. So I requested the pics from Hollard on Facebook and they delivered. https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/8288209/JUMA-Ramp-Cam-photos.zip 1.5gigs
  13. I have also been searching! I have even asked both Juma and Hollard on FB for a Dropbox link or something...
  14. I had an amazing time and started in batch Q! The bottlenecks were intense but at such a large event this can be expected. Those who came today with fun in mind had a blast, those worried about times... eish. Plenty of other events for that. The event was truly gr8, I r8 it 8/8 m8!
  15. Okay I am convinced of a gender-less bike! Mostly green route at Thaba I suspect. Thank you for the help so far!
  16. Okay so my search has be broadened. Thank you for the input! now... which bike?
  17. I think as you get better and more involved this applies. I hate the shrink it and pink it marketing that is applied to everything... but hey, it does work for many
  18. Hello all! I need some advice, I have been granted a 10k budget to get my mom a mountain bike before she gets back to the country. I have narrowed it down a teeny bit but some wisdom would be appreciated. I think 650b would be best as a small frame is required. 2015 Scott Contessa Scale 730 2015 Giant (LIV) Tempt 3 2014 Merida Juliet 300 I have learnt from the past when it comes to ladies bikes they would prefer pretty over a better component or 2. I'm all for second hand but when it's an urgent matter its so hard to find something that meets the criteria. Thank you in advance!
  19. Yeah it's a proper place! This was at Dragons peak when we went.
  20. To "shrink it and pink it", such dated market segmentation
