First rename the maps or courses. Search for the file name in your Garmin folder. It will be a GXP file. That you can mail. The course is normally a small file size.

I often do not go with the main stream. Imported a pair of LAKE's. And let me tel you. They are comfortable. Better than the Specialized and SIDE pairs I have. And they were half the price of SIDI's. Local is a rip off.

I found that only using a good head lamp mounted on my helmet is suffice. A additional light on the handle bars for nearby lighting up the path helps, but gives the illusion of holes on the path. But the light is static.

On my Sram Red chain and 10spd mtb chain. There are clear instructions to make sure your chain is fitted correctly, links facing inward and outwards. The chain link on Sram has a directional arrow.
