  1. And the crumble starts.
  2. Great knock by Markram. Getting that century on the last ball of the session was very special.
  3. I was hoping Faf would stand for at least 30, but we are still very much in this match. If Markram can stand for 120-130 he has enough batsmen around him to complete the chase. Themba also just holding steady which is exactly what we need. QdK will have to come out and blast a quick 30-40 to up the pace.
  4. The boys aren’t looking too bad today. I completely wrote them off after I saw the chase on hand. Rassie and Aiden not doing too bad.
  5. I bought the Morgan’s starter kit and an extra fermenter and bottles. I buy extract kits(just add water). As long as everything is sanitary and clean it’s really difficult to mess it up. It’s not cheap though. I get around 2 and a half cases of quarts from a batch and it cost around R400-550.
  6. No. I’m a noob that brews with extract kits. Mostly Mangrove Jacks. It’s the best tasting ones I’ve had. Probably because of the proper yeast you get with the fancy kits. Done a Morgan’s and coopers before but always go back to Mangrove.
  7. Yip I bottled 20 liter lager 2 weeks ago and 20 liters Cider. Got an IPA and a Cerveza bubbling right now.
  8. If Markram and Elgar can stand for 150+ we still have a chance. If they don't we are pretty much screwed. I just can't believe how difficult SA bowlers find it to take the last 5 wickets in all formats.
  9. He does look like he messes with the bowlers' lines though. Only KG looking dangerous against him.
  10. First loss at the Gabba since 1988. What a finish to an incredible series.
  11. I need some help. My wife wants to defile a very special coffee table that we own. It was a gift from a family member. I don’t know what wood it is but I know it’s not cheap and it’s super solid. Our furniture has been replaced by slightly lighter colours and my wife wants to lighten the colour of this beauty by sanding it down and putting a wash on it. How can she accomplish this without effing the wood up so I can sand it down later and “refurbish” it back to normal?

FP2 times are super close with only 0.7 sec between 19 riders. This is gonna be a cracker.

Brad did an incredible job. Like I said the Suzies will be very difficult to stop. Great day for the KTMs and a terrible day for Yamaha
  14. What a race. Thought the neighbours were gonna call the cops on us. I didn’t think I’d see someone out-pedal the goat but it happened today. Bruni was just under GM’s time when he hit the pedal section and I told my wife not to worry. Dammit Loic.

I don’t see anyone but one of the Suzies finishing top at the end of the season. They have just been too consistent in the last few weeks. 3 consecutive double podiums is super strong.

Such a pity. Looked like him and Jack had a great line into the next turn and both could have gone top 8 with that launch. Just a lapse of concentration

Yip. He finished as the fastest KTM so he didn’t do too bad. He did say after the race that they are struggling to find balance with their tweaks for every track.

Absolutely. I can't wait to see Darren on a big bike. He is so aggressive.
  19. Another great run from Greg

    Great one from Darren again.
  21. Reverse seared a Picanha tonight on the Weber. Nothing but coarse salt. Some Portuguese rolls and a toasted Italian loaf smothered in garlic butter and it was great. Took the internal temp a little too far but it was still tender AF. I guess that's how we learn.
  22. Just watched Chasing the Sun on CatchUp and it was pretty impressive. Gripping and straight talking. Also has Squidge giving some input. Gonna be a great little docie series.

Great race from the Suzi riders again. Disappointing that the KTM’s looked to have grip issues again.
