Fully agree. Not bulleting anyone here. Just need to be aware that there will be a view from all perspectives of the situation. Stupid road users, stupid cyclists, stupid government, etc etc. If awareness is the objective then i think its a good thing. I am sure they will present the situation as it is and highlight the problems, they are usually quite good at stimulating debate and even reasonable options are often presented.

Smartphones MUST be firmly held in the hand to make sure you have a comfort blanket to cuddle while you drive into the back of the car in front of you. It also doubles up as a miniature air bag to prevent your left testicle hitting the steering wheel. You dont want your phone items flying around the car like shrapnel when you have that aforementioned "accident"

Is this going to be a one sided comment on how cyclists are not safe due to cars etc. This is kinda a very wide topic when you come to cyclists interacting with other road users. What is the objective of the CB expose?

Ok, was super keen on Spez. Then they wasted my time telling me i had to wait up to 4 months for an XL frame. Seems they are stingy on keeping stock. It is my guess you are a smidgeon shorter than me so its the biggie frame for ya. I never got the test riide on the fsr so can not comment. Spent the 40 k plus on the Pyga and a seat post dropper. I feel waaaay more comfortable on the Pyga than my old 26 er so again does not help the 650 b discussion. Awesome bike and i can recommend the Pyga. Ps do not read the SAG setting manual. Pump shocks to the pressure recommended for your weight and have fun.

High grip tyres dont mean much at 60 kph coming past the hospital due to concertina effect from wind slowing the front of the bunch. Good volume woooohhh shouts in the pack was GREAT. Lesson learnt for me in pack riding. Yoh, surprised i stayed upright with rear sliding out under me. Love the smell of burning rubber in the morning. Only a couple of chops tossing Gu packets in Sun valley (?) area. Had to do overtaking on left cos people hanging way too far right. Not gonna lose sleep over it either. Sub 320 next year.

Support cars frustrate me. Joe Average with someone driving behind causing even more mayhem for vehicles also using the road. I had to overtake a car following some guy who was slooooooow. I am in middle of road cos they cant drive properly in the yellow lane (in the Cradle cycling area ). Drive the car normally and shuttle up and down the road if you must. Or like a saw for the Slovakians training for Ironman, drive 4 km's up the road and wait for them to reach you. Or, sit at the top of a downhill and wait till last rider is out of site, then drive up to them again and park and wait. Or Or

Exactly the same thing happened to me (also old....). Will look at resting for 4 days and see what happens as indicated above. Tx

Cyclists are chops. Had a pack of 5 or 6 overtake me (Pink club jerseys) on the climb from the chicken farm up to the bridge over the N14 on the road between Fourways to the Cradle. Elandsdrift Rd i think. The leader was fast and i have no problem being overtaken. My problem is they did it 3 abreast, incl one guy pushing his chick on her Tri bike cos she could not keep up with the pace. Then there were the bigger chop clingons at the back from Cycle lab looking for the free pull. They took up the whole road on a blind corner where ALL cars and bikes gun it, huge shouts from someone behind me shouting CARS. She was a bit "concerned" as a car was coming. Do it single file and dont be a dumb ass when you do it. Rant off.

Yup, kinda my feeling as well. I found that their times are based on a zero wind situation performed by someone a Suzuki 500, not an actual cyclist. But this being my second Argus i should be able to do a couple of checks on the calculator

Only reason i would dislike this is because they are a pair of steeyupids, just like the off camera person. I will just keep on trying my best to obey the road rules and also not get dead on the roads.
