Yes you are allowed to have a helper...the helper drops you off in Bloem and picks you up in Diemers or if you drop out of the race somewhere along the forgotten highway your helper can collect you.

Everything is ridable, except if you are from a roady background and not yet used to a bit of technical riding here or there on a mtb, then just walk it. Going down the Merino Monster was the hardest and most exhaustive part of the 3 days for me. So take it easy going down there, hold onto your dentures, it’s very bumpy. If you put in your 8 hours a week you will be fine and absolutely love it! The food and the water points is top notch.

Last time I heard Mrs Dreyer said she's giving hubby a chance to ride in 2017, things could have changed, will wait and see. Can't wait nonetheless.

Wow! What Vettel did after is wrong, reacted out of anger without taking the time to think about it. Data shows Hamilton did not brake (foot brake), but what about engine braking, just take your foot off the accelerator pedal and it's as if you put your foot on the brakes, especially with those high compression motors?

I started with him. I struggled to stay with him riding towards Bryanston drive, after that i passed him on a technical section and never saw him again, I think the gearing he chose was a bit too ambitious for the second half.
