It snowed some this week which is not too bad to cycle, though I would have liked a fat bike. When the snow melts and leaves a thin layer of ice on the road and especially the bridges then walking and public transport is the way to go. The amount of wipe outs I saw in one day was staggering.

Around the city of Amsterdam on my commuter for breakfast coffee then lunch and some more coffee. A wet yet very pleasant cycle on the most beautiful autumn morning. Still getting to know this amazing city.

With current levels of the dams and the expected rainfall over summer, there will be no cycle tour in March. Not unless people make effort to bring their own water from wherever they might hail. Also, I can see a lot of slow riders getting too dry water points.
