A cold 2°C around Ronde Hoep, one of the most popular cycling routes in Amsterdam, 17(ish)km around the loop. There are always more cyclists than cars and even the cars give a safe passing distance. There was ice on the round on route to Ronde Hoep. I cornered a bit too quickly and found myself and the bike sliding for about 6m before hitting the grassy bank. Some damaged bar tape a scrapped shifter and pedal and some bruises. The fall was not hard enough to turn around so I checked my speed and pushed on. Saw another cyclist suffer the same fate about 10 min later.
