Thanks read a lot of this books but when you get this reading it is hard to forget what the Dr tell you all you life to have low as possible Cholesterol just need some assurance

Hi Guys I am LCHF for three months now and in the last month very strict my. card is between 30 to 45 gram per day and it is 6% of total calories.(All carb are from green veg cream kefir not from grains).Fat are made from cream kefir made from cream beacon meat chicken olive oil butter Salmon total calories are 73% i been very strict because my BG is high. I did my yearly blood test this week and got the result today and i am worry about them and need your input. HbA1c 6.1 Glucose Fasting 6.7 Colesterol 6.5 LDL Colesterol 4.1 HDL Colesterol 1.53 Triglyceride 1.46 All this result are up on the one before LCHF i know i need to look after my BG and made an appointment to see an Endocrinologist but my Cholesterol is double from last year and any differs is the LCHF.

Hi This morning BG was 5.1 hope will keep that way. In the last blood test they tested Glucose insulin ratio that was 1.1 will do the test you talk about end on this month. Thanks

Thanks for your reply. I am fine had a blood test three months ago and BG was 6.1 but we were thinking that is because of the statin I was taking so we (me and my cardiologist ) decided to stop them in order to see if the statin in the cues.Then I decided to buy a meter to see how the food I eat influence my BG. Because I am on LCHF there is not big movement in the BG during the day it is between 5 and 5.6 only the fasting BG is a problem.

Thanks for your reply i did all the blood test at the laboratory Glucose tolerance and insulin resistance and all come good i make insulin and if i eat carb BG goes up and after two hours come back done do you think i need to go on medicine for this Thanks
