I was the guy that started at the very front row of the bunch, with the canondale with red grips. Did you see me, if you were near middle or front of the bunch, you would have seen me sprint in front of the bunch leading up cement road and I had white top with a bit of yellow on. Anyway, how did you find the route?

Well... um... dont know your skill level, but I wasnt the most skilled rider. Went on the Level 1 course and they dealt a bit with bike set up, climbing loose hills, position on bike, balance etc. The day after we went on the Level 2 course and they deal more with drop offs, switch back climbs/decents and things more technical, things you would find more in XCO circuts. I have taken all the aspects I learnt in the clinic, and its made me faster on my local trails. Dont know if that helped?

Went to the Tread Skills clinic last year in PE, since then its helped me LOADS.

Freestate - 0 Gauteng - 0 KZN -0 Limpopo - 0 Mpumalanga - 0 Northern Cape - 0 North west province - 0 Western Cape - Jonkershoek I think I have some visiting to do (lots) I have done races in all the trails that I have listed under EC except in J-bay and harkeville.
