    Back at a muddy Northern Farm today. Nice 52km ride with my son. We also came across this little guy with a frog in his mouth! Anyone know what kind it is?

    Makes working on bikes much easier. The rest of the tools are in the boxes underneath the worktop and in the "I LOVE YOU DADDY" cupboard!

    Sheesh, some fancy setups here! I'm almost too shy to put my pain cave up but here it is anyway. Pretty simple. I use a music stand to hold my iPad with training videos. The fan is normally on too but not tonight.

    Maybe I'm just a simpleton but isn't cycling about human propulsion? Why would you want a motorised MTB? Just get a motorbike!

    I didn't read that he planned on riding the tour unless I missed it. It seems that he is vending his training plans though. Using a dude who is serving a ban to promote the event seems a bit like shooting themselves in the ethical heart though. If I was running PR for the event, I would definitely not have done that!
