Also make sure to torque the pinch bolts on the tripple clamps to spec when tightening the forks

Check out slavins racing's video on servicing the forks. I have open cartridge forks on my 300. I have serviced 3x. Quick ans easy job. Just make sure you get all the old oil out and bleed the fork with the new oil. I just took a syringe and a straw that I cut to length to set the oil level/height

Did you try and clean the seals? Swiping a thin piece of plastic between the seal and fork could clear up your problem

Went for a late afternoon ride today. I took notice off 2 vehicles that I treated as if they didn't see me as they approached an intersection,I was right and avoided definitive disaster.

Cheers guys. I'm fine, believe it or not. Not a scratch. Derailleur went into the rear wheel on a steep downhill, left the track into the field and hit a lurker. Took the chain off as the hanger broke. Front wheel had a moerse buckle. Tried to freewheel but the next rock my wheel hit. It collapsed.
