  1. Sounds like fun. My entry is registered and paid for the 40km. Only prob is that I had a operation last friday, staples will be removed only on the 17th,so I'm missing some serious training time
  2. Lol,cool,I have a idea, let's have our own little hub race for the trailseeker series,we keep a record of all the times, add them up after all 5xraces,and see who's the leader for the half and full marathon's. Just for fun
  3. Am I leading in the Hub Half marathon face.......whoop whoop, lol
  4. Where did you buy this from, can you post a link please? Gatvol of people stealing through axles
  5. There is no shortage of fliyng squad vehicles in Gauteng, instead of being utilized to patrol and attend high risk complaints, they are being posted on static points on the highway (courtesy of mzwandile petros,x) to do who-knows what.
  6. And the firearm competency is a complete nightmare to share, trust me.
  7. Quick breakdown on certain issues. It is a requirement to have a valid(?) Lisence and matric (?). It is however not a requirement to have a lisence when you apply for a civilian post,ie groundsmen ect. But it just so happens that some bright spark had an idea to create "lateral/external" posts. This means that any person, whether a Saps member or civilian, may apply for such a post (which is almost 100% certeain to be a officer's post). This means, that the member, who in some cases are committed to his work, are being negatively affected,by not being promoted. Such a person, who skipped the whole transition from college to functional, are now in a position to issue instructions to other members, and in short, giving the Saps a very bad name (such as learning how to drive for example). It is a bery long, very spiralling story to tell, and not worth going into it,as it is not going to change. Another reason for the Police "learner" drivers (lol),are that whenever a member gets into a lot of state accidents (no fixed number however),the commander of such member may at his/her own discretion send such a member to the so-called "driving school". 8. Registered, whoop whoop

  10. I'm having problems registering for Hakahana, jumpertrax keeps on throwing me back to details page
  11. I tried to enter now on the jumpertrax site, but do not get to the payment page, whats up with that?
  12. Duly agree on the free bavaria, especially the pinapple, lol. On a serious note, very nice, had a great time. Just saw some mango's sprint for position 2500,and crashed into other cyclists at the finish, busy being scanned, also after the "commentator" warned them to slow down.
  13. Had a awesome ride today, great organisation, big thumbs up. Still waiting for official time, but so far,2:00:34.
  14. Seeding sorted,starting E batch,thnx wessel.
  15. Are there gonna be any fun watercrossings/floating bridges?
  16. Shweet, thnx,I will take my old board along to rectify.
  17. Got the mail, thnx, but why a new SASboard, I already have one from last year. Starting batch..........wait for it........wait for it.........staring batch "J"(facepalm)lol
  18. Nope, dunno about that rifle, looks Sandf though. Did you follow the story about the shot taken with the Ntw in DRC,14.5mm configuration, took a shot of 2125m,happened around Sept 2013. Although the target was dropped, the record is unconfirmed.
  19. You sure its a 50cal,and not perhaps the NTW 20? The latter is a Denel design,capable of shooting a 20mm round (anti-material) and a 14.5mm round. It is big,ugly,but highly effective,lol.
  20. Not our Police, unfortunately, .338cal is being used in our country.
  21. Hahaha,deel van die werk.
  22. Definitely D.E .50cal. Never fired one before, but had the privilege to "plink" a few targets with the big brother,Barret M82A1,oh what a joyous occasion, lol.
  23. Thnx for the route profile, lol, looks like fun.
