    Just a rock in a bush, do you have DI2 on your bike? Perhaps(again just a thought) the electronics got damaged, causing gear shifts?

    I remove the Rd cage plate, take out the wheels, clean them, and every so often, remove the bearing covers, clean and regrease them. Be careful with cleen green, it's very good at removing grease/lubricants, found out the hard way, lol. My cleaning ritual, remove the chain, dunk it in parafin, remove rear wheel, clean the cassette with a brush and rags, then the Rd wheels.

    I need opinions on clip on tribars that i am interested in. It is the Profile design T2+DL bars. I did read reviews on it, some saying that they are a bit short for tall riders (1.8m), some say they are fine. Is there anybody here who uses/used them, and what is your opinion?

    Have interest in th Profile design T2+-DL, my only concern is the length of the bars, as they seem to be "compact". Who else use thse bars, and/or what is the recommendations/reviews?

    Same boat as Grant, I got bored with the current mtb scene. Started running, did the Midmar mile, got my sights set on completing a Comrades, again Midmar for the Pope Ellis, 70.3, and ultimately a full Ironman. Sourced myself a Merida Reacto CF, busy setting it up for Tri use. The biggest issue currently for me is finding the right tribars(loads of options), and a saddle????‍♂️. Found the Ironman V.C, loads of challenges, ie the VC9 challenge this weekend. Also a lot of training "challenges" on their site.

    Probably dirt in your pedals and or cleats. Had a similar issue and eventually removed my cleats, cleaned the bottom of the shoe properly, cleaned and a touch of grease on the cleat bolts, re-fitted everything. Then moved to the pedals, gave them a proper cleaning.

    I would be VERY cautious, because a lot of scammers will use this opportunity to scam people in need of Idt's ect, and with a name like that, linked to a very famous person, do proper homework.

    Hopefully someone can give me some info on this. Found the bottle on a Cape Point beach some time ago while hiking, picked it up, but to date I couldn't find any info on the possible age(given that I only tried googling once or twice).

    Watched about 30min of extraction, very disappointed. Too much sub-titles,Bollywood type action. The trailer was awesome, but the amount of subs was just ridiculous for me. O ja, and doing house penetration with rifles on safe????‍♂️????‍♂️

    Started again with Sons of Anarchy(SOA), wife never watched it before, we are now at season 7, needless to say, she loves it. Personally i think Kurt Sutter wrote something awesome, somewhat dark, but the way that he manages to make you like a character/feel sorry, and ends up hating the character is awesome. Breaking Bad had the same effect.
