  1. And with Couruer guy you know your package will be safe if you watch the following😂😂
  2. I second that Tom Richie
  3. Still have mine since their release. Long story short, I am very happy with it, gives me all the data I need/do not need/use. Battery life is still good, user interface is very "user friendly" if you are used to Garmin devices, and for me, personally, I prefer the buttons over other devices that use touch screen.
  4. Whatever you do, try and avoid Dawn Wing couriers. Received a GCN shirt as a gift, and then the extra duties ended up costing a LOT more than the shirt, they threatened that the item will be sold at a warehouse auction bla bla bla, then instructed that the item be sent back. Long story short, a relative went to the UK on trip, and brought the said item in the luggage, with some extras, and then the only duties paid was a box choccies.
  5. Done it with a wahoo Kickr, 12xspeed GX, 11xSpd cassette, my advice only would be to use a cheap chain, keep your mtb chain for the trails.
  6. I will rather pay the extra day license, than be stuck in a club where members "pimp" on each other, and insist that members who participated be reported, and subsequently fined. Real textbook "playground behaviour". Then I am free to decide to enter any event I wish, sanctioned or not, and just enjoy the event, because is it at the end not what the sport is about?
  7. Da Hub for the win again👍 Glad they sorted you out
  8. Iconic singer and actor Meat Loaf, 74, has died https://www.news24.com/channel/gossip/news/iconic-singer-and-actor-meat-loaf-74-has-died-20220121
  9. As mentioned above, different strokes from different okes. Some are die-hard Garmin users, others not. For me personally, Garmin has the best after sales support(and that is my non-professional opinion). Perhaps if possible, and you have friends/family with the aabove-mentioned devices, test a device before purchase, as the user interface differs, find one that is easy to use, fits your budget and needs.
  10. Found this puffy while taking the doggo's for a walk in Oudtshoorn, few weeks back. Luckily I placed them back on leash a few minutes earlier, otherwise they probably would have tried to investigate it, as the snake was next to the walk path.
  11. Not to mention the idiots texting ect while driving. If you are riding a Mtb, and are looking for a lot of fun and endless suffering, to enjoy a amazing view, stop your vehicle at "Kobus se gat" and ride Swartberg pass.
  12. I've sent you a message with my number🍻
  13. That would be great👍👍
  14. Whats happening, is this thread dying, did people stop drinking coffee?
  15. Quick question, who is familiar with "white coffee", meaning half roasted beans, with a nutty taste, up to 50% more caffeine. The bean/grind is beige in color, and also the brewing is a little different than normal beans. I am keen to give it a go, just looking for roasters that sell "white coffee" in the western (south) cape.
  16. I have a FSA SLK crank(carbon left and right BB30) , 172.5mm, PM on my current setup, have the extra crank for you to try out, if it works for you, sell the campy crank, and perhaps make me a deal on the FSA crank? Anyhow, it is here for you to give a go on 172.5mm, if it fits your frame. Inbox me for more details. ????
  17. Had a go at Dune last night, the SFX are amazing, story line is good, hopefully they will start filming a sequel, as it is needed to complete the whole book/ PC game/ Movie series. Being kind part of "Pop-culture", I had to watch it, played the games, as I got older, watched the first movie (1984), after I had a lot of searching to do on the interweb, now I am also looking for the book (1965). Intetesting enough, George Lucas found inspiration for Star wars through Dune, never knew...
  18. Get one that fits your noggin and your budget. All helmets sold must adhere to a minimum safety requirement, the higher it goes, more tech goes into it to make it lighter, and perhaps more "safe". Depends on your level of riding, terrain ect, go for what suits you, if you have the budget, go for mid-higher level, otherwise if you just started out with cycling, get a "dop" that fits you properly, and focus on enjoying the ride, safety will follow suit.

    MotoGP

I am glad they got their first podium without Vinales, otherwise it would've been a huge chip on his shoulders and can you just imagine his windgat attitude towards the team then?
  20. Are you talking about a certain race that took place over the weekend....?
  21. Very good series????????
  22. Will this pproduct also work on tubbies, and what would be the best way to clean out the current sealant, and replace it with orange seal?
  23. How is the book? I am not a reader as such, but want to limit screen time and start reading. I placed a order through takealot, as well as the cyclists cookbook
