Have to agree with EM in the article.

    Race neutralized in the first few KM of stage 15,huge crash, 3xabandonments, due to restart shortly.

    So here I am, jumping on the wagon. Had a terrible year with regard to trainig and eating habits. I gained a sh#t ton of weight, from 82kg to 98.8kg. Feel the strain on my knees when running, so it is time for change. I started with 16/8 fasting, cutting alcohol, moving to whole food. As time moves on, I will move over to 18/6 fasting, adding a few days with whole food plant based (no click baiting). Any other inputs perhaps?

    I finished watching ZS-Justice league????, awesome way of spending 4hours.Not being a big DC fan, Zack Snyder made a HUGELY, diabolical change from the Whedon cut. Loads of new scenes, characters that brings the story in line and makes a bit less deurmekaar. Really awesome????????

    I have a question regarding running clubs. We are in process of relocating to Oudtshoorn, what running clubs are available in the area? We are currently part of a awesome, sociable club. Who else are staying in Oudtshoorn, and what is the road running scene like?

    Being a complete noob at multisport, I found this to be very helpful. Training sessions during the week, and events over weekends.     I know i'm taking a long shot here, but I am looking for a replacement portafilter for my Breville cafe venezia (Bes250), in particular the little insert, as well as the tool, and a 50mm tamper. I tried @home,who sells Breville, but no luck/no stock, so I am trying my luck, maybe someone has a broken machine with parts????‍♂️

    Have interest in th Profile design T2+-DL, my only concern is the length of the bars, as they seem to be "compact". Who else use thse bars, and/or what is the recommendations/reviews?

    Same boat as Grant, I got bored with the current mtb scene. Started running, did the Midmar mile, got my sights set on completing a Comrades, again Midmar for the Pope Ellis, 70.3, and ultimately a full Ironman. Sourced myself a Merida Reacto CF, busy setting it up for Tri use. The biggest issue currently for me is finding the right tribars(loads of options), and a saddle????‍♂️. Found the Ironman V.C, loads of challenges, ie the VC9 challenge this weekend. Also a lot of training "challenges" on their site.
