  5. I don't have Dura-ace, but my 2010 Ultegra shifts better than My friens SRAM force. his bike goes to the LBS for shifting ajustments at least once a week

  8. Sure, but now their is a BIG difference between carbon and fiberglass The yellow sticker on the carbon Giant frame in the window at the LBS reads "DO NOT CLIMB ON ANY PART OF COMPOSITE FRAME"
  9. I.m with Bikemonster on this one, The forces generated on the seat post/clamp and headset is big, your Top Tube is conected to all the above, and yet the top tube can handle it, to sit/lean on your top tube like the guys in the picture no problem.

  16. Who of you hubbers ride with Mavic wheels? I would like to warn you that the service you might get from them could not be to your satisfaction. My brother in-law has Mavic kasyriums and the free body had small play on it, so he took it to LBS and they said it seems like the bearing is a bit worn out. They replaced the bearing and off he went. The following day after training he was back at the LBS, They said that they will send the wheel to Mavic so they can have a look. Day later he queries about the wheel and The LBS said that Mavic said sorry but they don’t work on wheels older than 5 years. WTF???
  17. I nearly got knocked of the bike yesterday afternoon, I had a red flashing light on all three my cycling top pockets and one on the bike. All flashing!!!! Looked like a flippen ambulance. The driver of his Nissan 1400 decided to pull over into the yellow lane to make space for the car coming from behind, guess what??? It was a BMW X5 I now have to repent for about a month for all the thing I said and whished to both drivers

  20. never took lap time, after we did the training takes about 3 day just to see normal again, but will make a point of taking it next time.
  21. This is how we train in the "wildtuin", Start at the gate and go right to the top, back down to the gate, back to the top, turn around at the top come back down to the halfway view point, go back to the top and repeat the halfway view point 5 x

  24. Go to Nic at Cycle Zone and ask him to show you how the three different position setups on the setup machine works and let him show you an example of how the setup changes, and then go to your bike and by using the same principle has he shown you, set up your bike
