  1. I missed the thread(s) where it was discovered how this boy related to the hub...that and the fact that I missed the show up until last night. WOWZA! seriously awesome for his age! Great to see a boy doing dancing. They usually end up taking flack from their peers. He has such a great future ahead of him.

yup. interesting 1st post. why enter? why stir? fack off to from whence u came.
  4. It is good. I've even managed to stop drinking...call me crazy I know! But stopping smoking eludes me like a night of passion with a group of Victoria's secret lasses.
  5. hate that I can't stop. it's the most addictive bloody drug in the world!
  6. I've been using the Whasp Chocolate. Not only is it super tasty (like the old Woolies milkshakes that came in a cardboard box) but seems to help loads. Also, with the small amount of water needed to blend the powder, leaves enough space in the stomach to drink water on its own after.
  7. this is an effective birth control mechanism.
  8. broke the rear stays clean off. did not finish. not even close.
  9. have decided to see a dietitian. Thanks to all for the recommendations.
  10. yeah...figured on Comrades training one needs a serious amount of nutrients. but finding the balance...
  11. Ok, so the conundrum is I'm considerably overweight and training hard for Comrades. Obviously additional weight makes it difficult to run 89km, but there is also necessary recovery nutrition required to keep the muscles and body going on the next training run/cycle. So who knows of a reputable website where I can access a diet plan or alternatively a decent Joburg based dietitian that won't brake the bank.
  12. i say...if it aint flat...it's all good.
  13. By the way...any chance you might be sponsoring me for the Comrades? I'm the SAfm guy from the Sweatshop.
  14. will be using the recovery shake for the first time after training this evening. protein vanilla gel my number one choice. used the tropical energy drink on a ride this Sunday. Tasted decent and felt good.
  15. raggie at aliwal
  16. I want to do this without the cage. There's some guy down that area that free dives with the Whites. Have to find his details. The raggies are great, hammerheads and zambos are better & bigger, but the white shark is simply awesome!
  17. i always greet unless i can't owing to the deep burn in my chest and legs...which is more often than not. therefore, one could conclude that i don't often greet. the intention is there, but it would sound more like a high-pitched grunt of agony.
  18. no no no. answer the call and lead them on for as long as possible. "really? that sounds great. tell me more." "but i already have medical aid. what is good about this one?" after a good few minutes say you're not interested and hang up.
  19. awesome pic by the way.
  20. them crickets can be noisy.
  21. bad analogy. now i feel like a biscuit. dammit.
  22. on Top Gear they drove a M3 behind a Prius around their track and at the end of the lap the M3 used less petrol then the Prius. Top Gear is hardly objective journalism. Most of it manufactured to get the more interesting tv. But I hear FanD, when a green biscuit is flown from Russia it definately has a larger carbon footprint than a mass-produced environmentally wasteful cookie produced in boksburg.
  23. Coke Zero rocks the party! best tasting diet drink out there!
  24. this is solid advice... well put and duly noted.
  25. i don't ever drive my own car...so no sweat for me.
