Port Elizabeth Safety Signs Project Update: Due to unforeseen delays, these signs are promised to be erected by the 15 February 2010. This is according to the Chief Engineer of the Eastern Cape Provincial Government Roads Dept. Sign-Up would like to apologise for the delay. Keep Safe out there!

Everyone is in a hurry, and everyone has the "right of the way". What they don't have, is common sense. Forget the legal aspects, we are talking about lives. Is it so hard to respect that?! You have this guys details so give it to the Police even if nothing comes of it at least they will have a record of this incident in the event he does hit an innocent person.
