Think we need to work on a reference system maybee ?

I was the same , i could taste blood the 1st 10-15km then I upped my training and got lighter both bike and me , now I all is good

interesting so I i enter the MTN VG RACE I wont start in A even though the two big races I compeated in I had a seeding way under 30 ?

Thanks so this race I finished 55th 3:08 so I should get into A seeding

Seeding process confuses me I started in E in Dullstroom and finished 67th Mankele finished 14th overall and I got a C seeding for this race

Where and when is this one

Hats off to the organisers it was a great success the water points were great marking exemplary would of liked more climbing

50km not enough distance

we are on Tar from Boksburg to Emmerentia then spruit down to Rivonia then tar back to boksburg , too much time on the Tar is our only option to get to the spruit , unless you have a off road route from boksburg you would like to share with me
