    So 42% of 2016 Epic will be from outside S.A. We can argue this is good for our economy, but now I know why the average South African MB er will never have the change to get an entry for this race, even if we could afford it. Come 2017, our changes will become even less. Maybe they should implement a BEE for local riders, or have a second race just for us locals, at local cost?

    I used it. Must thank you for all your time and effort putting this together. Used the sub 3 hour time markers and was according to goal just past the zoo. From there I just kept losing time all the way home even though I thought I felt still strong. Cramped the last 5km, but still felt good. Finished a missable 3;21. My ride however was a solo TT from start to finish from group F.

    I have not met him. But he comes across as a true gentleman. Always looked calm and collected no matter what situation he was in. I have great respect for him and I am sure we will see a lot of him in the future growing new young talent.

    With the current downturn in the global economies and with so many sponsors pulling out of all sports, it is good news that our African cycle team have secured such a prestigious sponsor. Well done Dimension Data for your trust and believe in our sport.

    the light was above expectation. I used it most of the time on medium, but on fast down hills switch in on bright which gave me such confidence. Sometimes almost felt guilty how bright the light was compared to the other riders around me, but i am sure they also benefited from it. Unfortunately I decided Grootplaas still during day time, as it really would have benefited me here. One of by better investments.

    Ordered my yesterday, and received it today. What good service. Had old Rider night light (1000 luminous) and just comparing the two, there is no comparison. Got the XP7 for Trans Baviaans. Will do night ride next week again to test properly and will give feedback.

    Whatever the sentence it's a start. Well done on PPA in assisting.

    I have no problems with the unfit, people to lazy to exercise, people new to cycling, who wants to ride these bikes to get fitter, get to a specific fitness level, or just get better at cycling. They can even ride with me on casual training rides, But I will definitely be peed off if they are allowed to use these bikes in any type of race. What is the deference then for the other hard working cyclest then using EPO or Steriods to also get a better, unfair advantage?

    First of all, I am not po or against CSA or PPA. I however read most of the articles posted on the Hub, and whenever anything CSA are published its most of the time PPA member reacting with the most negative remarks. Instead of joining the two organizations together to create a better cycle environment for all of us, this biggering will continue with no resolution. But you are right on your ANC statement, and for you taking care of your own needs, good on you.
