  1. Hope it wasn’t as bad as you anticipated. Exercise always beats the bottle. Well done
  2. Boys Sorry to hear your situations. Has got me thinking about my marriage a bit. Lucky enough that we are still in love. Have been together since we were 19 and married since we were 28. However, with the reality of life, children, work, school, horses, courses, side business, cycling etc this thread has made me realise that we don’t invest any time in each other, which is high risk for the future. Going to change that from today, thank you guys. Hope that your situations go as easily as possible.
  3. Eating airport food tonight, but have a t-bone Roast ordered for the braai on Xmas day and a massive lamb leg ordered for the braai on the 27th. On a side note, I am making lamb curry bunny chow for 100 odd of my team on Saturday - a wee taste of home
  4. Well said. Nothing more heartbreaking (in the minor problems sense, not global) than a lovely piece of meat destroyed by too much marinating. Cheap meat, marinade the **** out of it. Good meat, treat it like your lover. Caress it gently, spice only to enhance the flavour and spit roast only when it is needed.
  5. So, need help. Not sure if I have asked this before. I am doing a huge pork shoulder on the Weber tomorrow. Have done every type of roast except pork many times. What’s the best way to cook it to ensure taste and crackling?
  6. Amazing - well done China

  10. Guys Does anyone know where I could get a couple of these? Can’t find one in the UK at all?
  11. Looks like it has pedals on it, although maybe they are in case of emergency Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. You would think so, but with a lot of ebikes now coming standard with speeds of 50 - 80 km/h, perhaps the cycle lanes, especially the ones that I use, which have a huge number of pedestrian crossover points. https://www.electricbike.com/10-fastest-ebikes/
  13. Agree with the allowing them to ride, but not giving them a time. I would be quite interested to understand liability risk for organisers if someone riding an ebike at 60 km/h wipes someone else out. Surely putting motorised and non-motorised bikes in the same race is adding to the risk.
  14. How would you have an ebike category when there appears to be such a wide range of performance options and fixes?
  15. I have a bit of saddle movement but not noticeable when actually riding
  16. You can get them from CRC, that's where I got mine Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  17. I probably sound like I work for these okes, but have a look at the rear lights on www.seesense.cc - I have the icon + and it is incredible for multiple applications
  18. And you use it for cycling?????? Nipple driver [emoji23] Sorry - my base humour
