Depends what type of riding you want to do, full on trail or more causal riding with some gravel adventures. Titan is decent bikes and i have seen them priced slightly better (Is it a new bike?) Often get a slightly better spec'd bike on the ads here , might be a year or 2 older but better components and shock for R10k mark If you have zero bike knowledge and nobody that can assist you, then go the new bike route with the warranty in place

Thats some interesting stats, bikehub is a well used machine This was my initial thinking, its hard to see 2 identical bikes in both regions at the same time. However in a span of a month, i have seen the below for a Spez Rockhopper Comp 2018 & 2019 models CPT - R9 500 Bikehub CPT - R10 000 Gumtree CPT - R9 000 Gumtree CPT - R13 000 Spez store brand new JHB - R6500 Bikehub Bloem - R4500 FB Market JHB - R3500 FB Second hand MTB group - This one not sure if was a scam though Maybe its just for Spez bikes I will start taking screen shotts for my own sake to do a comparison between CPT and rest of SA

Just I have seen on entry level 2nd hand bikes I have seen many deals like for like, CPT prices are about R1.5k to R2k more I hunted for about 2 months and scanning all over SA via our big wide web and just couldnt pull the trigger to buy a bike and courier it namely due to my limited bike knowledge and also the trust factor

Just update, had awesome day out at Bloemendal MTB trails, trail wasnt soaked or flooded, some mushy mud in few spots but not bad at all. Bike however needs a good wash and lube now
