  1. Tx for the report. I will be able to have a look at this tomorrow morning. In the mean while you could try "Sync with Strava" for that activity. That might well sort things out.
  2. 2h34. From what I remember it was hard all the way especially the pothole road. I was in little groups chasing back a couple of times, longest after the pothole section. The train of cars behind the bunch helped a lot with that. By the time we got to Vissershoek I was toast. My FTP is about 320w. Maybe with 350 its easier?
  3. Those videos are cool. I always seem to end up riding in the same position as you. I was $67. Got dropped at the 4-way stop before Vissershoek.
  4. I am going to warm up a bit more before this one. The fast start last week caught be out a bit. Might be the same again.
  5. I am thinking about putting more effort into promoting Intervals.icu and getting more users now that its been in "public beta" on Bike Hub for a while. Is there anything you guys think I really should fix/do first? I wouldn't want to lose 50% of potential users due to some stupid bug. I am still working on power modelling and should have some "looks like your FTP went up on this ride" stuff live soon as well as W'bal charts etc. Of course I am not sure if all of this is ever going to make me strong enough to handle $ group in the races!
  6. I saw him walking around fine at the end of the race. He might have been a tad grumpy if someone had tried to stop him during the race!
  7. The race started on a closed road which didn't help. Everyone got used to using the whole width. Tough job to get us all back on the left after that.
  8. Ha ha Intervals should get a delete notification from Strava and nuke the rides. I will look into it. Otherwise I need to add a manual delete option.
  9. Intervals.icu will now mail you when you achieve a new season best power for one or more of your configured "best efforts" on a ride. The default best efforts are 5s, 60s, 5m and 20m. You can of course turn this off.
  10. Intervals.icu now supports configurable durations for "best efforts" tracking and flags rides where you achieve a new best power for the current season. I am still doing a lot of work on power modelling to better estimate FTP and figure out when yours might have gone up. It's a tricky thing to get right.
  11. I fixed some stability problems with the least squares fit for the Morton 3P model that should eliminate "way off" errors like this.
  12. I am busy working on power modelling to sort out these kind of issues. The power models need 2 max efforts (one 3m or so and the other more than 10m) to produce good results. So if you don't have that then better to ignore the estimated FTP for now. And yes more ghosts that I would like
  13. You should be able to delete intervals by dragging the end of the interval to before the start.
  14. No. I was playing bubble soccer at a company function.
  15. I did the same about 3 years ago. 10 day wait for swelling to go down, op, 2 weeks in cast, 3 months in space boot with pysio. My pysio said I could ride indoors but no power just spinning for a month to help get rid of scar tissue. I hate the trainer so I went on the road instead but stuck to the "no power" rule e.g. only using my good leg whenever I needed power (robots, little hill up to my house). After a month of that she said I could ride normally. So about 4 1/2 months after the injury. I did 5x 2h rides a week. Couldn't do any more than 2h without leg getting very sore (scar tissue breaking down). My quad came back (was 10cm thinner than good leg) but my calf is still smaller today. You get your strength and fitness back very quickly. I did a 2h53 Argus after only 3 1/2 months of training (approx 8 months post injury). I still couldn't stand because of my weak calf and even now I mostly ride seated. Not sure if thats a good thing or not.
  16. Intervals.icu now keeps track of power by training seasons configured on the "Power" page. These are used for comparison there and on the activity power page. Next up: Notifications when you achieve "season best power" for a given time and FTP estimates from shorter max efforts.
  17. Intervals.icu now has a per-activity power curve. I am trying to figure out what other power curves I should track for comparison purposes (last 90 days, last 180 days, since start of "season"?). Strava's "all of 2018" isn't very useful since that falls in the middle of our summer. When I get that figured out I will add "best power" notifications to rides and so on.
  18. Intervals.icu now calculates a power curve for each ride. At the moment this is just used to pull out best efforts over some durations for a ride on the "Activity Power" page. Power curve etc. coming soon.
  19. Hi Rudi Tx for the feedback. Could you please mail me (david.tinker@gmail.com) a link to the activity you are talking about below, then I can have a look. Adding a sensitivity slider is an idea. "In terms of editing, it works well if you want to edit only one interval, but if you have many in one ride, one would need way of saving your data as you go along" It should remember your edits as you do them? What happened in your case?
  20. In theory the timezone issues with Intervals.icu are fixed. I also fixed some layout issues with the "Activity Power" page.
  21. I have added a power histogram to the Intervals.icu activity power page. It uses a 5 second moving average to bucket the power data. Next up: Fix timezone bugs and start working on power curve stuff (including FTP estimate without doing a horrible test etc.).
  22. Actually there is always one more bug I will get on the timezone stuff this weekend.
  23. I have sorted out the "Not found errors". The Strava API gives a 404 (not found) error if you try and download streams (time, watts etc.) from an activity that has none ("WeightTraining" in your case). Now the fitness graph comes up and the interval search works.
  24. The power stats are for each activity, I haven't done anything with accumulated stats yet. Your interval search chart isn't working because some of your activities are failing to sync from Strava causing the whole lot to fail. I will figure out whats up with that tonight. Same thing is happening to the fitness chart. The timezone problems will be harder to sort out I think.
  25. I have just add a "time in power zones" chart under "Power Stats" for each Intervals.icu activity. The weekly totals now use this information instead of totalling the interval power zones.
