  1. The /fitness chart can now show FTP/kg. Click "Options" and tick the "Show FTP/kg" box. The chart shows lines with your estimated and captured FTP / kg with the current estimated FTP / kg on the right. Its somewhat depressing to see how much difference a kg or two of fat makes compared to a lot of training!
  2. The athletes page lists everyone you are following on Intervals.icu and now includes their current fitness, fatigue and form. You can click on the athlete tile to go to their activities or the form and fitness charts to go to their fitness. Get your Coronation DC team to join up and make sure everyone is training hard!
  3. Cool idea but unfortunately its quite tricky to do. The training load stuff is all pre-calculated and stored with each activity. So I would need to add a separate set of values for swim, run and ride. So its on the TODO list but I won't be able to do it "soon".
  4. Yes thats already on the list. I see that TR has calendar export. That would be a nice way to do it. https://forum.trainerroad.com/t/calendar-update-calendar-export/10778 It looks like they just generate links for the external calendar to pull data from. If you could mail me those links (for Google, Outlook and Apple) for your a/c that would be helpful. I don't have a TR account (or even a trainer, do all my riding outdoors).
  5. I have just implemented "Keep weight in sync with Strava" (see /settings). If you enable this Intervals.icu will pickup changes to your Strava weight. Useful if you can get your smart scale to update Strava automatically. As part of this work I tested weight updates on new activities quite carefully and it seems to be working. You can also add weight to the /fitness chart. Choose "Options" and tick the "Show Weight" checkbox.
  6. Tx Ross thats correct, Intervals.icu will only estimate FTP from real power data. You need to do a 3 minute (or longer) max effort on good legs on your trainer with power to get a new estimate (assuming it has gone up). Intervals.icu will keep your estimated FTP the same if you maintain the same training load. If you slack off a bit it decays slowly and you need to do a new max effort to get it to go up again. So thats the decay you are seeing JohanDiv.
  7. Fixed. Tx for the report. You might have to reload the app.
  8. Thanks to all the hubbers who put in a good word here and elsewhere (e.g. TrainerRoad forums), sent me detailed bug reports and feature requests! Makes all the difference!
  9. Thanks! Intervals.icu had 649 users active in the last week, only counting people who have been to the site at least 3 times since signing up. So those are real users. Still small numbers but growing 25%/month.
  10. The minimum max effort duration required for FTP estimation can now be configured in settings. When you change this value, Intervals.icu will re-estimate your FTP for your history and re-assign "FTP up" achievements. The default is now 180s (up from 60s, this was a bit short and over-estimated FTP for people with good anaerobic power).
  11. I am working on that now Just finished up sorting out the latest set of issues related to deleting activities.
  12. The "big refactor" is finally live. Not much different from a users perspective other than much better performance. Now I can get on with better handling for deleted activities and then hit the todo list hard! Lots of stuff on that list! If you get errors reload the app and see if they go away. I had to make non-compatible changes to the backend so it only works with the latest client.
  13. I am almost done with a big refactoring and then I will be churning through the todo list as quickly as possible. I should be able to get that minimum time configurable per athlete this week. So probably best to just wait for a bit. The refactoring makes Intervals.icu a lot faster and lays the groundwork for a lot of the stuff I want to do in future.
  14. Thats the top end of my zone 2 for heartrate so I like to know what power I produce there on an endurance ride. I plan to make it configurable, probably when I add support for HR zones.
  15. It should delete automatically but I have seen in the past that sometimes that doesn't happen. Please send me a link to the zombie activity. I will add some sort of backup sync to make sure it gets nuked.
  16. From what I have read people can usually get more power outdoors but not that much more. Its quite likely that a 60s max effort isn't long enough to be reliable for you (and likely others). I am planning on making the minimum duration configurable soon (2 or 3 mins should work better). A ramp test is one of the best measures so you should certainly use that.
  17. I just tried to reproduce this. I nuked one of my activities, changed my weight in settings, refreshed on the calendar and it showed up with correct weight. Are you still having hassles with this? You might be doing something slightly different.
  18. Yes I have some of those on the todo list. Good ideas all.
  19. Thats a big difference. Can you please mail me (david@intervals.icu) a link to the ride on intervals.icu and I will have a look. Also please check your FTP on Zwift and Intervals.icu. Thanks.
  20. I have just made a few changes to the power vs HR chart. Got rid of "model fit" and added "Power / HR" ratio and "HR lag" as well as some popup help explaining the terms.
  21. Intervals.icu now supports sharing activities with other athletes and groups. Create a group in /chat, add your riding buddies and share activities with them to get advice to help with your training. Only people who are following you will be able to view activities shared in chat.
  22. The 61 and 32 TSS watt bike sessions have power spikes that Intervals.icu has fixed. These might well make up the difference in TSS. You can see the original power by clicking "Charts" and selecting "Raw Power":
  23. Tx for all the info. I will check the data. Those differences are big. I will have a look see whats up with actives prior to 28th June not getting training load.
  24. Training load (TSS) should be the same or very close for rides with power data. There might be some differences in how TP deals with drop outs, spikes and so on but I wouldn't expect much, unless the power data is very iffy. Intervals.icu uses previous rides with power and HR to estimate training load for activities with heart rate only. I don't know what TP does in that case. If the training load numbers are close then ATL, CTL and TSB should also be close. Intervals.icu uses the standard 7 day and 42 day exponentially weighted moving averages for ATL and CTL.
  25. The "model fit" is the R-squared value for the line running through the points. Its a measure of how far away from the line the points are. I might get rid of it because "poor" model fit doesn't mean you can't use the decoupling number and it causes confusion.
