Amazing. Here, if anything (cables, lawnmowers, my cellphone....) is left unattended for longer than 30min it is free for any one who is obliged to have it. Those cables are real money. I read once that SA is one of the biggest importers of copper (or was that exporters....) even though we don't produce that much copper.
