  1. Give Bkool a try: https://www.bkool.com/en They give you two monhts for free, unlike Zwift and Rouvy which is km based. Alos is the chepates of the "Paid" options, but has some nice routes. I gave up on MyWhoosh simply too many crahses happening at the worst times. Zwift and Rouvy are great, but are costly ompared to BKool.
  2. Also have a pair of those Jabra's, they are great. ANC works really well to drown out the sound of the trainer, and the sweat resistnce is a bonus.
  3. It's crazy, and entry level wheels. You'll end up spending alot of money upgrading.
  4. Back when they put proper components on Hardtails 🙂
  5. Yes, it's the factory colour
  6. Here's my machine
  7. Yes, some of the builds aren't great spec wise. I luckily found one second hand that has great components, only had to upgrade from 11 to 12 speed.
  8. Agreed, I see alot of guys on races like the Atlas Mountain race use them, with drop bars.
  9. Trek Procaliber, the Isospeed at the rear definitlely helps on the longer "gravel" type rides.
  10. My two cents....Had a alu dual suss, heavy but loved it. Sold it went for a carbon gravel, very quickly realised that gravel is for youngsters or guys made of sinew only. Got a Trek Carbon Hardtail, love it, great off-road and great on road, and great for long gravel rides. I find the Hard Tail to tick all the right boxes for the type of riding I do.
  11. Hello All, I'm wanting to put my MTB on my Elite Trainer but I need a Boost Adapter: https://www.elite-it.com/en/products/home-trainers/ecosystem-accessories/knurled-boost-adapter Onmico have in stock, but are not respoding to my mails. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

  13. Hello All, I'm looking for a Shimnano Freehub for my Elite Direto, I can get one from Elite directly but it's not cheap with shipping.
  14. Thanks, I do often ride on tar so would rather go with the XR1 or XR2 for less rolling resistance
  15. Directly with Trek, so should be with any Trek shop https://www.trekbikes.com/za/en_ZA/equipment/cycling-components/bike-tyres/mountain-bike-tyres/c/E417/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw_5unBhCMARIsACZyzS2lSGQAFeDxfw7IrcnQioO6GAaCg7PQ4bEq48eEX3esCdOI13AgtFYaAiV9EALw_wcB
  16. Thanks for that info, XR2 seems like the better option for the type of riding I do.
  17. Bontrager tyres are currently on special, are the XR1's and XR2's any good for general MTB Riding in JHB?
  18. Actaully read further, it is R100
