This will be my 13th 94. Cant wait!!! The unfortunate bit is that my seeding has dropped due to my studies and not doing any races. Had 1 month crash training program to gain some fitness. I would like the finish to return back to race track and to ride the old route where you climb up William Nicol to Hyde Park towards Westcliff and then you start making your way back through Sandton. That was an awesome route.

Linksfield Ridge by King David School. A nice 1 km climb to the top with a 10% gradient. It is a boomed off area so you can easily do repeats.

Hey All, We ride from Virgin Active at 4:15. The roster is as follows: Tuesday - Thursday (4:15). We ride approx 50km at a 30 - 32km/h avg. Friday (4:30). we ride approx 35 km at a slower pace of approx 27km/h. We stope at Mcdonolds for coffee. I do agree that it should be cheaper. At the end if the day it is the seller's choice to advertise what they feel is the right price. You negotiate with the seller and find an agreed price. If the price is not agreed well they have the choice to walk away.

I was a huge fan of CWC. I frequently called Chris as he normally gives me a different price to the one that was advertised on there website. However in the past 3 months when Chris Jnr's sister took over I noticed that the service quality has dropped. I no longer get the same service from her. She quotes me the same price that is on the web. I recently went to Cape Town for a weekend break and decided to visit CWC. The sales people are arrogant and full of nonsense. They give you one price and when you goto to pay the sales person is nowhere to be found. I was looking at spending thousands at CWC but due to the disappointment in the service that i received only spent about R500. That was the last time that i will visit CWC or call them. That is my personal experience.
