  7. Hi Everyone. Want to go for a ride at Koeberg Saturday but don't want to get there and not being allowed to ride. Does anyone know the number one can phone to find out if they are open? Would be great if someone can help!
  8. I agree that is over prized. R20 would be my limit
  9. This was my first 30km. I had a tuff time but I loved every moment. I can't stop talking about how I loved it. I surely understand that for faster leaner and fitter guys slowing down behind slower, fatter unfitter rides is a frustration. I think a good rule will be to stick to the keep left pass right rule. That what I try to do. And slower riders should realise that they should when save and as soon as possible move aside for the faster guys. That being said the greatest thing about the race was the camaraderie. On the 30km most people helped each other out and also engouraged each other. Even after the race when I got home on Durbanville, I got into a conversation with a total stranger that saw me still a bit muddy in cycling clothes asking if I did the burger. We ended up having a nice chat. One of the best things I did for myself was buying a MTB after 14 years of not riding. It changed allot, but the vibe got better. That is why we ride? Friendship! Fun! Adventure!
  10. According to the website pics will be available at http://www.jetlineactionphoto.com/find_photos.php But nothing up yet

  21. If the fact that I did not put the word Cadence in the post is the problem the I apoligze.
  22. It is not as if he is getting paid to do it or if ppl attending are asked to pay. You are even getting coffee or juice for free lol. So if he wants to promote his product go ahead, if after the workshop you want to try his brand Cadence do it if not stick to what ever you want. I trust it will be insightfull for the people who attend. We also have an advance mechanic workshop that will be happening in August and some nice stuff planned. We at Regeneration Outdoor is working hard on building relationships with people to host these workshops for free. Building a cycling community where ppl can social and make new friends and improve there skill be it there riding or mechanics. If any of you want to get involved or know of people who can add value let me know. Pvt message me here or mail me at info@regenerationoutdoor.co.za
  23. Hey guys. Regeneration is planning to do monthly rides in Durbanville from September. Currently our thoughts was mostly MTB, but we would love having guys who do road biking join. All rides will start from NG Church Durbanvill-Bergsig. After the rides you can buy some nice cappuchinos at the church and relax and mingle a bit. If you would like to be part of it pop me a mail rides@regenerationoutdoor.co.za
