One question on the bike lanes (if I look at GP). Wouldn't this initially become a taxi lane and after that (like our emergency lanes) a free for all, let's use them end bugger the rest lane? So one can actually understand a councils doubt in a project like this. MAYBE, kick some Metro Cop butt, get them to stop hiding behind trees and do VISIBLE policing. This would mean, fining/impounding ALL road users who transgress the law.
