  2. Just how different is this from cane creeks twin tube technology
  3. I was confused at first. Aren't they all twin pack? Do these require assembly of right and left sides before wearing? why would you want only one side? i must be behind with the modern advances or just highly insensitive. I understand now though. Theres 4 sides to this story and 2 of them are missing
  4. See the trick is to either 1. Refuse Negotiations or 2. Raise the advertising price a little to allow for possible negotiating. In business I decline any attempted negotiations except when the client intends buying in bulk. I offer my best price upfront. But if you intend buying more than the average joe. I might try and see what I can do. The classified's however, I consider informal trade, and by extension, open to negotiations. Everyone may not think this way and I have paid full asking price before despite trying to negotiate. But I still believe you have to try. Ever gone shopping in the east? Negotiating is almost mandatory.
  5. My allegiance is with the North. And George has been dropping them like flies. Sansa is useless but at least shes out and Theon finally came to his senses. Things aren't looking that good for Arya. Not sure what the hell Brienne is gonna do next but not counting on her help. Bran and Rincon are all I have left if the North is to have any hope at all. http://cdn4.nerdapproved.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/stark-family.jpg?bbba63
  6. What about Bran and Rincon? In season 4 the raven told bran that he would never walk again. But that he would fly. Then nothing!
  7. I must add that the fates of Jon Snow and Cersei Lannister have overshadowed the evolution of my favorite character. Arya Stark.
  8. Melisandre's at the wall now. Maybe she could bring Jon back.
  9. Here are comments I consider dibs worth honoring. 1. I'll take it Here are the comments i don't consider as dibs. 1. Questions about the ad. I'll respond to your request but your interest is not considered commitment till you say you'll take it. 2. Negotiations. I'm always willing to negotiate. But your negotiations are irrelevant till we have an agreement. Once we reach an agreement you have first dibs. If you don't honour that agreement. Lather, rinse, repeat.
  10. I've had both good deals and disappointments. But I don't let the bad experiences discourage me. Honoring dibs was one of the hardest things I ever had to do. Sold a dropper once. The guy who was first inline was not easy to communicate with. While waiting on him to get back to me I was offered more money and sellers who could collect immediately. E-mails, whatsapps, pm's and comments forced me to draw up an excel document with time stamps to establish the waiting order. Eventually I gave the guy an ultimatum. Proof of payment or I'm moving on. He responded, paid, apologized and even promised to give a good rating. Which he never did. I didn't really care about that though. I was just pissed because dealing with him was just so unfair to the rest of the guys that wanted it. I still try and honor the order in which people contact me when I'm selling something. But I have low tolerance for time wasters now. I also make a point of giving people good ratings when dealing with them. I'm guilty of not doing this previously. But not anymore. You don't have to bend over backwards. Just be easy to deal with and you'll get a thumbs up from me.
  11. Its good to see some people still have good old fashioned morals. Oh look, I can buy something from Rouxtjie now.

  14. Mooi. Stretch, I remember him tweeting about SCS being denied elite status some time back. I don't recall him ever expressing a personal opinion on it though. Lets assume he did and I just missed it. Irrespective, Mr Minn was elected as an athlete representative. I might be wrong. But Santa Cruz or any sponsor for that matter is a completely seperate issue alltogether.
  15. How about a History lesson? Top 2 top speeds clocked on the Autobahn The fastest times on the German autobahn weren't set yesterday, or a year ago, or even a decade ago. They were set in 1938. On the same day. By Mercedes Benz and Auto Union (which would eventually become Audi) Bernd Rosemeyer drove an Auto Union streamliner that had a mid-mounted V-16 engine, two superchargers and an estimated 400 horsepower -- not too shabby even today. It was designed by Ferdinand Porsche. What the streamliner didn't have, unfortunately, was enough downforce to keep it planted on the road at high speed. Rosemeyer managed to hit 268.432 miles an hour (432 kilometers per hour) when word came in that the Mercedes-Benz driver had managed a faster speed http://th07.deviantart.net/images3/PRE/i/2004/156/c/b/1934_V16_Auto_Union_race_car.jpg http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/f/f2/AutoUnion16Zyl.jpg 268.432 miles per hour (432 kilometers per hour): V-16 Auto Union How fast was Rosemeyer's rival? A half a mile an hour. No joke. A record so close it seemed sane to set out again to try to break it. Ninety minutes before Rosemeyer made his final run, driver Rudolf Caracciola set an autobahn speed record of 268.8 miles per hour (432.59 kilometers per hour) that has not been broken since in a Mercedes-Benz W125 with a V-12 engine. How is it possible that these two could set records that have stood for the better part of a century? Well, first of all, they were using cars built for the purpose of vanquishing a rival, not production cars like half the rest of the guys on this list. Second, Rosemeyer and Caracciola didn't have to deal with traffic. They had sections of the autobahn shut down so these guys could go all out. And there were certainly no construction crews around. http://www.wallpaperup.com/uploads/wallpapers/2013/05/29/93747/big_thumb_87bebb2aeb718bf995fad34996112cc4.jpg http://www.motorabilia.biz/Images/New%20Models/CMC/M-052-Mercedes%20Benz%20W125/photos/Mercedes%20W125%20(20).jpg 268.8 miles per hour (432.59 kilometers per hour): Mercedes-Benz W125
