If you only going to be riding in the veld and not going to come near tar.....it's a very good combo....Conti's very soft and if you are going to do long stretches on tar road, it's not going to last you very long....

Guys (and girls), I am soooooo confused.... I have my Garmin Edge which shows how many calories I burn per ride.... On the other hand I have my energy drink which shoes how many kcal there is per scoop.... My diet indicates that I should consume approx 7,500 kJ per day.... And now I also see that there is a difference between calories and Calories....(the capital letter being the differentiation)... I just wanna loose some weight..... HELP???!!!!

OK, so I have purchased 2 bottles of Sludge Terrain Ammonia Free for R130.....that's for 2 mtb tyres....hope this stops my delaminating issues!!!

What about Sludge All Terrain...?? Good or bad?

Did a search on Hub...couldn't find anything... Sick and tired of delaminating tyres....wanna try non-ammonia tyre sealant now....which is best??

Only noticed that now....that's wrong...my max this morning was 50,9km/h.... seems like I do need a software update...

I got my Edge 500 from EasyGis earlier this week and it shows Garmin Edge 500 2.9.0.0 (NOT 2.29.0.0) (I'll keep it as such and won't use and run the WebUpdater....). Have used it for 3 days....BEAUTIFUL!!! check....at bottom next to device... http://connect.garmin.com/activity/43208927 I have no idea what the latest version should be???? BUT, I have also noticed 2.29.0.0 compared to 2.9.0.0....

I have XT tubeless rims with Stans and Maxxis Crossmark LUST tyres....more than a year no issues...no flats....ride through thorns and rough terain....no problem...top up the STANS sealant every 2/3 months....I do not use CO2 bombs, that causes sealant to harden and tyres do delaminate...my thoughts...I am not a racer, but I do NISSAN marathons!

There were indeed certain models impacted....do not know if South Africa was also impacted but a notice was issued in the States...I quickly search for the notice and post link..
