  3. As I said....for R20 bucks, I pop my R2,000 ASSOS in the bag and wash it together with the other clothes....just keeps it safe.... rather safe that sorry..
  4. A washing bag should be used only because the bib short may tangle with other clothing and may stretch....you buy a pack of 3 washing bags at P&P for R20......you really do not want your ASSOS to STRETCH!!! use the bag!!!

  9. That is not that strange...my mate explained that it is the latex that's hardening inside the tyre over time....jeesh you rode quite a while before topping up for it to become soooooo big!!!!

  18. BRITISH HEALTH INSTITUTE DIET According to literature on this diet it must be followed exactly as it is to lose 4.5kg in 3 days. This is not a starvation diet. It works on reducing the total carbohydrates that you need. It does not eliminate them altogether because, carbohydrates are an essential part of your diet. ? Tea and coffee always black, no sugar or with artificial sweetener; ? Toast dry ? no margarine ? Use Tuna in Brine or water not oil ? Do not vary or substitute any of the above foods ? Salt and pepper can be used ? no other dressing ? Drink enough water. ? Exercise regularly, at least 4 times a week ? After 3 days on this diet (you will lose 4.5kg) you can then eat ?normally? for the rest of the week.
