Can anyone of you recommend thermal and waterproof MTB socks for winter riding. With the current morning dew/frost my toes are freezing and do get wet from the dew and frost while riding through the veld. Any products or advice??? Thanks.

I agree 100% with nochain........he broke his colarbone 6 weeks ago....what did you all expect??? Even he admitted that he will not be able to compete. Regardless, it GREAT to watch him again, even if he's suffering!! GO LANCE!!!!

I agree with The Thug. Well done RALEIGH for leading the way...everyone is in business for the bucks, no one does it for charity...they have seen that times are tough on their side, as well as on the side of the cyclists and consumers......I am sure that they cut their margins, but has for sure given through the positive strengthning of the Rand throug to us....others will have to follow now!!

I only replaced the cable and not the housing. So maybe it's it.... Bit scared to open it up myself...I can only image all those small parts and springs flying in all directions.... I get the idea that it is a spring....when I replaced the cable, the shifter was loose and worked easily, but with the cable in and all tightened up it started to give problems.
