    Hi, It surely was a "lekker" event with some very nice single track sections. I did the 45. On the day the 45 km race price giving was cancelled...any idea why?

    Difficult to get right but the saddle must be higher than your bars, why? it allow you to put pressure on the front wheel improving traction. if it is a mtb, not sure of roadbikes

    James Reid retired from competitive cycling towards the end of last year. His own words... I have a moral code of zero-tolerance that I’ve always stuck to throughout my career, but I’m not sure everyone else I’ve raced against could say the same.
