    Will that cassette be compatible with the Sram 11sp groupsets like it was with the 10sp groupsets in the past?

    After this wknd's 3 day race I must admit that this lub does make the chain a bit sticky. Sometimes to such a degree that when you back pedal your chain goes "pap". Thought it might be a freehub issue but serviced it last week and the same happened in previous race. It does go back to normal a few km's into the race. Yes I do wipe away excess lube and ride around the block after application to make sure it gets in everywhere it should

    Sahm is still killing it with 1 foot in retirement. Thought Kleynhans would do better in men's race. Cherise did awesome coming in just 2min behind Ariane

    Taking the exchange rate into account it looks like it will be around R13 000 for the fork?

    Screw that! I hope more Africans are good enough to make the starting lineup but selection must be on pure merit. Putting a quota system in there (not referring to race) would give it a truly suf efrican flavor which is a real *** flavor in my opinion

    I am due for a new cassette and chain. Currently will probably go the X01 route for those replacements. Wonder what the quality diff would be between the GX cassette and X01 cassette. Def not forking out that money for the XX1 chain and cassette

    Clen use to be an active ingredient in asthma inhalers. Don't think it is anymore. It also has a huge impact on your heart. Some people won't be able to even train on it because your heart rate just runs away. Others thrive on it. Does not have the same effect on everybody but the physiological reason/effect on muscle loss during calorie restriction Tombeej stated is the same for everybody

    They had a crap epic but I reckon they will do well. Sani is not technical so the racing will be closer

    The year I was there Eben's wines got sabotaged in barrel by somebody. Not sure if it was all the wine but considering he only makes a few barrels there it was substantial. Farming in Priorat is extremely labor intensive. No such thing as flat areas so all is done by hand in vinyards. Great deep purple reds

    Don't hold on to those spanish wines for too long. I was not so impressed with their wines travelling down from Madrid to Barcelona through Rioja. Found the better wines to be in the Priorat area outside Barcelona

    There was a canyon HT frame in hub classifieds a while back. At that stage I did not want a new frame and now that I want 1 that bargain is gone

    I reckon they should just see how much people are willing to pay in 2017. I say bump it to at least 95K and see if it still sells
