  1. thanks. 9spd chain it is then.
  2. Im starting to upgrade my grouset from 9spd to 10spd. So i got the 10spd crank but the rest is still 9spd. What chain should i use on it? Should i keep using the 9spd chain, or get a 10spd. Whats the right way to go, and why?
  3. Lance if he can make a break again or Nolan if its a sprint
  4. Take off your timing chip after your first lap. Don't start or finish at the official starting and finishing points.
  5. Done 13. 1995-2007 Best 2003, 2:46 Did 2nd laps a few time but didn't count them. The 2nd lap is always good fun.
  6. Michelin Dynamics, not the cheapest you can get but for the price they sell for, not the worst out there. I,m a big guy and the 23c dynamics have served me well the last 4 years. Minimal punctures, even after they get older and i put them on my training wheels.
  7. Idols should have stopped after the 2nd season. Who can honestly say they've bought a cd of any idol? Who has time to wach it week after week, it gets flippen boring after the auditions. And who's got money to sms all the time for voting. If someone has talent and will to make a living of singing, he should make it without a competition.
  8. Ive bought quite a few items from hubbers on the classifieds. Never asked them what race they are, it doesnt matter and it shouldnt. What matters is that ive always been happy with what i got, at the price i got it for. So i cant beleve that your friend had trouble selling his stuff, unless it looked real beat up in the adds or his prices were too high.

    GARMIN ?

Are there any GARMIN gurus out there. I need some advice please.Im looking to buy a gps. Wich is the best to use for agriculture?Building auqaducts, measuring crops, cropdusting and so on. Was thinking of the OREGON 550, can get a cadence sensor for it too, so i thought someone on the hub should have one.

  12. i use a tube too. but with a cable tie. sure it wears a bit, and its cheap to replace. but tucking in both ends, id like to know how to do that.
  13. They were road tyres. Had decent tread, but nothing like the real cyclocross knoblies.
  14. Ive tried it. Old frame with lots of clearence behind the downtube, tandem wheels and 32c tyres. You dont need to fit v-brakes as long as the tyre fit trough the calliper. They stopped importing cyclocross tyres due to lack of interst, so i fit the fattest tandem tyres i could find.
  15. If i were you, i'd get a campy fd. just to complete the set.
  16. Eish, pak weg die hardhat met horings, die blou verf en haal die balle van jou bakkie se towbar af. Wie se skuld is dit die keer? 1. Die bye 2. Die reen 3. Die ref
  17. Im looking for exactly the same thing. LBS says they can only get the 'older' ones. If you do come right, please update your post, id like to get some too.
  18. And if it is broken, you have the cost of x-rays and a new stem to pay for. One question, can you do a Jens-dive? Oh yes. And can survive it? ... thats two.
  19. I don't know if you can take x-rays of a stem, if you can it will propably cost more than a new stem.
  20. Vitus is still sold by CRC. Build Cyfac these days. I don't know what the MTB frames are like, but the road frames used to be good.
  21. Okay, that makes my comment useless. Thanks Mavric Man.
  22. Hope Doug' folloes Malcom on twitter. Else, he's acting like a tjop, calling Doug a chop where anyone can read it, for nothing. Cant he just call the oke and tell him or atleast SMS?
  23. Andy's thinking; "arrgghh farkk! ride like a demon" Alberto's thinking; "hmm, i'll tap that"
