  1. A nice boost to my toolbox
  2. Do they come in a paisley pattern as well ?
  3. Edit: A bit late to the party - already been answered That looks like an Evil Chamois https://www.evil-bikes.com/a/bikes/chamois-hagar https://www.bicycling.com/bikes-gear/a33956319/evil-chamois-hagar-review/
  4. Also taking advantage of the amazing weather
  5. It's interesting to see that its on the XT, but not the Saint pedal.
  6. Carla didn't achieve much for herself, but I think that her participation in the breakaway meant that Ashleigh didn't have to and allowed Ashleigh to sit in the bunch and achieve her result. Listening to her video on Instagram, she said that the Dutch team would have chased her down if she tried to go in the break.
  7. It comes down to accountability. It's clear that there is none. No fall-out or repercussions or consequences for not doing your job properly. Being a fat cat and a leech seems to be applauded from within the club. Anyone who says anything against it is vilified, so it takes a very brave person to stand up and try to make a difference. They are out there, so lets support them where and how we can.

    LoreOne shoes

Interesting technology, but they look like carbon crocs with an eye watering price tag https://bikerumor.com/2021/07/27/lore-launches-first-ever-3d-printed-fully-custom-carbon-skeleton-loreone-road-shoes/
  9. Ladies Time Trial results: Annemiek gets her gold 8th for Ashleigh is great!
  10. Probably because of stock availability (worldwide shortages). Joking/Not Joking And/Or Shimano is about to release their new Dura-Ace (for the last 18 months), so its either use the current D-A and then be out of date or 'leak' the new version
  11. Finished 24th
  12. Got my timing totally wrong and switched on just in time to see that. Missed the whole bloody race! Nice for Jolanda! Long recovery road since her big injury a while ago.
  13. What a ride from Tom Pidcock! Amazing talent and fantastic recovery from his broken collar bone. He talked the talk all season, and made good on it. Stoked for Alan. 8th position was hard fought
  14. Sad to see him looking broken like that. Just saw the crash - he binned it HARD! Hope he recovers quickly
  15. Up to 7th now ?
  16. Apparently not
  17. Sitting at 8th now
  18. There was confusion at all levels according to this thread
  19. For some reason that I can't quite fathom, Wiggo rubs me up the wrong way. Maybe I don't like him because I don't understand him. But his opinion, for what its worth: https://www.cyclingnews.com/news/bradley-wiggins-olympic-games-was-like-a-junior-race-in-the-final/
  20. Ah, but can they tell you how much air they have in them ? https://cyclingtips.com/2021/04/tubolitos-new-psens-inner-tube-tells-you-how-much-air-is-in-your-tires/
  21. Relevant to some points on this thread: https://cyclingtips.com/2021/07/which-type-of-inner-tube-holds-air-the-best/
  22. She seems to be in good shape after having won the national TT https://www.cyclingnews.com/races/usa-cycling-pro-road-championships-2021/individual-time-trial-women/results/
  23. I cant remember seeing much of him after this incident at the Commonwealth Games
  24. Looks great, but just check compatibility with current wheels : 700c tires from 30mm-50mm and 40mm valve.
  25. Pirelli & Schwalbe have their versions, but don't boast to be puncture proof. Tougher, lighter and more compact than a normal tube. And quite a bit more expensive... Perhaps they are useful as a spare tube for when the tubeless setup doesn't seal. https://cyclingtips.com/2021/05/pirelli-launches-37-smartube-lightweight-inner-tubes/ https://cyclingtips.com/2020/10/schwalbe-promises-performance-and-durability-with-new-aerothan-inner-tubes/
