I was especially furious because of how the incident happened, I felt like it was intentional (I obviously know know with 100% certainty). I was about 5km from home when it happened. When I arrived I was still swearing. My mother lives with me, and after I had calmed down she said she doesn't think she has ever seen me so angry in my life.

I got reminded what ass****s some people are. Got clipped by a jackass in a Jaguar this afternoon. Fortunately didn't go down, and probably even more fortunate that I didn't catch up to him because I was furious.

Glad to hear the positive comment, I want to watch it this evening.

Thanks! It was driving me crazy. All I could remember from their name was, "The" and that sure didn't help much...haha. We partied back stage after the show with them and Lamb of God.

Not bad. Never heard of them before. On a side note, did anybody see Lamb of God last time they were here? The name of the local support act has slipped my mind now, but they are also pretty awesome.

I'd had no intention of having a braai yesterday, until I saw this yellowtail in the shops yesterday morning and felt I couldn't leave without it.

I wasn't trying to eat it, but it went in the braai so I guess it counts. Back in the day my father and I used to fly radio control planes. We crashed a flying wing that was made of foam, balsa, and paint so decided we'd burn it. I've never seen anything get consumed by flames so fast in my life. The aircraft, that horrible green shade netting *** over the braai area, and our eyebrows were all gone in about 15 seconds. haha

Damn that sounds good (obviously not the part where you tainted a perfectly good braai thread with the vegan nonsense )

Today is National Women's Day. It was supposed to be yesterday, but they weren't ready in time.

I will never forget being at SAS Saldanha right next to the fisheries, Wednesday was a special day for some reason, the smell was extra potent Or worse, the red tide coming in and having to pick that up...there's nothing like a crustacean that's had a few days in the sun to 'ripen'. To think back how naive we were, getting excited being told we were going crayfishing, it's probably why I have trust issues to this day, haha. We showered every chance we got and still stank for weeks.
