If your cleat's aren't setup exactly as your race setup i.e. the angle and position in respect to the shoe. your kness are the first to take the pounding as they have to work now in a position that is not normal...... Hope it helps Let us know

  10. I know the course is challenging, just think they must change the orginizers that actaully know what is envolved in orginizing such a event...i.e. Marshalls that actaully know they are suppose to stop traffic Leading vehicles that actaully know the route Road closure
  11. Hmmmmmmmm, I know this topic was very heated yesterday and I think we all know that even though the orginizers are denying the fact that it was a total stuff up.....due to bad planning or the lack their off. I'd like to poll and see who will be doing it next year in light of this years "fantastic" event ????
  12. Mornign all Does anyone have connections for ITM cycling products ???? Reason for me asking is that I'm after a ITM product that enables one to have your Polar heartrate in the Centre of one's bar's. They call it PORTACOMP.IN CARBAONIO/CARBON COMPUTER BEARING It's a little adaptor that one fit's to your handle bars that then is held in place with cable ties Thanks in advance Jokerman
