Welcome back Ricky. Bet you cant wait to go riding again. I've also been of my bike since the 21 Dec and feel like climbing out walls as I'm use to ride during the week and weekend, not sit and do nothing. But get well soon.

After my crash also Broken Collar Bone, and some Cracked ribs. After new year after all the laughing it was very painfull. As for Sneezing, its a killer, ribs just started feeling better and after the sneeze had pain again for 2 days.

If you in JHB there are only 2 stores I know selling Specialized and both of them has got good service and know what they are talking about.

I have the 2009 Specialized FSRxc Comp. Briliant bike and handles hard riding, trails and singletrack very good. No problems with the bike. Love mine. If I upgrade it will be a Specialized again for sure.

I'm also using Shimano, very durable and comfortable and it come with all the in between sizes.
