I use a product called Wirx Off-Road Care: Spray on leace a bit and then just wash off and you bike is clean. Got a silicone base in it works briliantly. I just ordered again from them. It is a fun weekend. You will enjoy. They also have a bike show with all supliers with bikes on show and stuff to buy. Some good specials.

The dirt flirts is short and Quick, you should be fine with just a water bottle and there is a water point 1/2 way. This is a out and back on a district dirt road and on the back you will have some single track up to the finish. I did it last year still without my cleats.

Use a Magnet.

Go for the dirt flirts. 28km Sat and 15km Sun. did 28km last year, bit flat, doing the 28km Sat and 56km Sun this year.

Also used them a few times, they are always helpfull. Linden Cycles also very good and then I also go to Dunkeld Cycles.

In what area are you?

Not to sure, tried their web for their out rides and almost looks like the same thing over and over. Also went there a few times or trying to get info when buying but was not impressed. Get a much better service from my own local bike shops.
